Local Orders (South Africa)
Once you placed your order and payment has been received, it can take between 2 to 4 business days to process your order before it can be shipped. You will be notified once it is ready and in the hands of our courier with a tracking number to trace your parcel.
Courier delivery times range between 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Please take care to fill in the correct physical address where you would like your ceramic art pieces, delivered. Courier services may charge an additional surcharge if incorrect addresses are provided, which will be for your account.
Please make sure to use the correct reference when making payments -(Your full name or company name and ORDER number) and amount as it appears on the order to simplify processing your order.
Pickup from Store
After placing your order and selecting pickup from store at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 5 business days. We will send an email when your order is ready for collection.
Collection will be arranged on Monday and Thursday between 8:00 and 13:00. An appointment will be scheduled for collection. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
We also ship to countries outside South Africa.

We use reliable mail service providers that deliver worldwide. Delivery (shipping) times will depend on where the delivery address is located.
We charge standard economy shipping rates, which are based on the weight of the Ceramic art pieces and your location. Our shipping rates will be calculated, added to your order and will be displayed at checkout.

All customers purchasing products from outside of South Africa will be responsible for payment of import duties and taxes required. Eunice Botes Ceramics is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Eunice Botes Ceramics to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Eunice Botes Ceramics is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
