Refund Policy


We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days (including weekends and public holidays) after receiving your parcel to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, the parcel must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to show us your proof of payment. 

You, the purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Contact us at to request your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the returned item. Sending items back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted. 

Please note that all items will always differ to some extend of the item depicted in the photo as each item is made by hand. All uniquely and individually formed, crafted and painted.  The character of the aesthetic will remain the same. 

We will not be held liable for shipping charges should you wish to exchange these items.

Damaged items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can correct the matter.
